Each item on the menu is artfully prepared and served in a manner that respects the dish. The restaurant keeps four different types of ice in stock, ready for whichever cocktail you might order. Since different ices melt differently, they affect each drink differently. The owners feel that each drink should be crafted to perfection, and that includes the ice.
